Any reason for 20 years
In addition to the Arrive Perfect Guarantee, if you lose or damage any game components any time in the next 20 years, we will send you replacement pieces for no charge.
Including damage or loss that is your fault
This includes damage from spilling on games, cards wearing out, or losing pieces.
Expansions covered for free
Coverage on base games will automatically extend to any expansions or component you buy now or in the future at no extra cost.
If your cart includes expansions for base games that aren't in your cart, we will retroactively add coverage for the related base game. If that base game already has damage parts that need to be replaced, please email games@boardgametables.com right away and we can include your replacement parts with this Kickstarter shipment.
Limitations
- We will only ship replacement parts to USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Max 3 replacement shipments per game.
- Dry erase markers and game boxes are not covered.
- Right now our system can only support adding the "Don't Worry Plan" to all the games in the pledge manager or none.
No preasure
We realize not everyone will find value in this plan. We don't want to preasure or trick you into picking it. If you worry about cards getting bent, Cheeto dust on your bits, or a friend losing a piece, then we want to give you this option to set your mind at ease.
